Hey everyone. My name is Jake. I live in the Dominican Republic but am originaly from Tennessee. My family and I are missionaries down here. I'm 6'5 and weigh 290 lbs. I started this workout awhile back, and then I slacked off for about a month. But I started back up about a week ago. I look to reading ya'lls post and getting to know you.

What Powerflex workout are you currently on how often do you do it?

I've been doing chest, arm and leg workouts. I do chest and arms one day, then chest and legs the next. I need to start on the abs, but I haven't yet.

Hey Jake, that sounds like a pretty good workout. You could just keep that workout up for the week, and then the following week drop one and put in the ab workout in it's place! Or starting monday drop one of those and put in the ab workout Smile If you start posting on the weekly workout and other topics you can get the rest of the members replies and suggestions. Smile
