So I have gathered you all are doing pretty well with meals. You are making a consistent effort to eat well, but let me pose a question. What are you snaking on?

Give me some feedback and we will do a further analysis to see if your snaking habits are hindering or helping.

Hey Julia. I do not have a plan of diet I am on. I also do not make an "effort" to eat too healthy I guess you could say. But seeing you asked I'll inform you of my snacks.

Here's what I like to snack on when I am not eating meals.

Chocolate
Watermelon
Ice cream-cookie dough flavor
Sunflower seeds

Those are some of my favorites. Smile

I've been snacking on apples with a little bit of peanut butter. Sea salt bagel crisps for the salty snack.
