Hey everyone!

Just wondering how many pushups you regularly do in a workout and how you like to break them up? Example like doing 50 pushups in a workout breaking them up in sets of 10, or 100 pushups breaking them up in sets of 25. Just looking to talk about your pushups.

Hey Jimmy,

I usually like to do 100 pushups in 5 sets of 20. I always do the Panther pushups, (between the two chairs), but ocassionally i'll do the pushups on the floor and vary my hand placement.

Hey Guys! I usually try to get in 50 Pushups varying my sets from 10-15 pushups! Smile I also follow where I do the Panther Pushups, but also sometimes try out other ones. I feel the chest works the best with the Panther Flex though. WHat do you all think?

Hey Jimmy and fellow members,

I usually like to try to shoot for level three of the panther flex. I break up the sets usually 10-30-30-30. Sometimes i just go 4 sets of 25. Otherwise 5 sets of 20. Smile

Hey Jamee, I think that is very good, especially for a girl I love you I usually do 30 in a workout going 10-10-5-5. I personally like the leg and ab workout better then the chest workout. I especially enjoy Frog Flex I.
