Hey! I'm more of a guy who likes to just buy my drinks/eats already made. Although when someone makes something for me fresh it's usually pretty good, unless they mess up the recipes! haha.

Here's a good recipe to make a treat when watching a movie.

Ice Cream (Any amount)
Chocolate Syrup
Peanuts

Yum Yum Yum

Sounds like a great recipe Bill. Except I like that chocolate shell that hardens. Usually Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Flavor. Spanish Peanuts work good, but the shell can get a little flaky. I prefer non salted peanuts for the topping. Although I don't make it a usual thing I eat, it is very enjoyable every so often.

Nice Mixture Julia. You should post some more. Do you workout mornings or evenings?

Hey Flo,

I workout mid afternoon while eating at random times throughout the day. What about everyone else?
