What some good healthy options for food? Yes I know like fruits and vegies are good. But what about meals? I've heard wheat bread and things are better, anybody have a good link to check out? Looking for your replies.

A good link to go to is MyPyramid.gov. The United States Department of Agriculture redesigned the the food guide pyramid and made it personalized for each individual person based on weight, height, etc. When you put in the information the pyramid will give you a description of each food group to personally give you a healthy lifestyle.

Great question Bill-

Here are two awesome links. One gives you lists, and the other gives you recipes, its pretty neat. Let me know what you think.

Keep in mind, I enphasize the 80/20 rule, which means 80% of the time eat clean, and 20% you can have a little junk. flower

Here’s a great snack. Pita chips or bread, and humus. Now don’t be scared of trying something new. The whole wheat pita is great for dipping in the humus. The humus provides great vitamins and protein needed. It is very tasty too, you can get it spicy if you like more of a kick…or if you just want it smooth and good that’s an option too. Just a thought. A great snack! Yummm.
