Hey, I am just wondering how much reps the women of Flexercise do compared to the men. Do you work off one of the three levels in the Powerflex book, or do you have your own numbers? Just curious.

Hey DGrizz2! Right now, I have the Powerflex book and I work with the rep levels in the book. I usually do the 2nd level for most exercises, but I like doing the 3rd level for some exercises. I would though recommend level one for girls first starting out.

That's pretty cool. So I guess it just depends on the fitness level of the person and the whole mind muscle connection thing/resistance used?

Any input on this you two cerified trainers? Very Happy

When I workout it's usually at the level one reps in the book. I would have to get in better shape to do the higher levels. But i enjoy working with level one. It's enough, but not too much. It provides a very effective workout.

I would also like to hear some input about this from some of the Flexercise women. Smile

Great job Flo-
yes i recommend keeping it at level one. If you find you want a bit more of a challenge put some more tension in it. you'll like the way this shapes and tones the bod.

Good news for the ladies-- We are coming out with the womens version of Powerflex very shortly. It is perfect for women wanting to stay fit.

flower It is designed for women, and writen by women... we'll keep you posted!

for now, yes level one is the way to go.
